According to police, the motorcycle collided with the right side of the bus as it was making a left turn off the highway onto Erwin Road.

Just over an hour earlier, a separate fatal crash occurred on North Miami Boulevard near Braxton Street in East Durham, where Armonte Donovan Self was struck by a vehicle while in the roadway.
